Must be IT literate with a confident telephone manner. Immediate starts available. Based in within a lively State-of-The-Art contact centre in Glasgow City Centre. In this role you will interact with customers in a multi-channel environment (Call, Email etc.)

•Proficient internet browsing skills, with ability to navigate through multiple browsers and various search engines. Solid IT and keyboard skills
