We are looking for a driven, hungry and passionate professional to come and open an run the new site which will be based in Edinburgh. So if you like a tipple then this could be for you!
You’ll be setting up a new production facility in Edinburgh almost entirely from scratch. In a few months you’ll transform an empty shell into a busy dynamic production facility with a motivated and committed team. This will be a major operation and some long hours may be required but the rewards are well worth it.
This will be your operation, so with a little guidance and support you will have the autonomy to run the ship! Training for the role will require the first couple of weeks to be spent in Tonbridge Wells where you will learn about the ethos of the company. You will then be unleashed to go and recruit your superstars to make this operation a fine oiled machine!

The role is full-time and available for immediate start. Salary is £40k+ dependent upon experience, and you’ll be working at (setting up and managing) our new production facility in Edinburgh.
Primary tasks and responsibilities
·Manage the entire site. Initially you’ll be doing everything yourself – you’ll be the shift manager, the keyholder, the emergency call-out contact. It’s your baby.
·Recruit and develop a highly capable team of supervisors and workers and manage them day-to-day.
·Responsibility for health and safety.
·To work closely with the production team in Tunbridge Wells to anticipate, plan for and meet production demand.
·To ensure QC standards are met.
·To ensure that we operate efficiently and effectively.
·To continuously evaluate and improve our production efficiency and quality.
Secondary tasks and responsibilities
·To work with our logistics team to ensure timely and secure transport of goods between sites.
·To coordinate with outsourced partners as required.
·To collaborate with our new product development team to provide practical feedback on the packaging and production aspects of our products.
