Virtue Recruitment Services are looking for an experienced Administrator for our well known client in the Dundee area.
Duties will include the following:-
1 – Using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
2 – Dealing with customers and employees on a daily basis
3 – General admin duties: copying, emailing, filing
4 – Answering telephone calls and general reception duties
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
This role is between 16 – 20 hours a week, the shift rota is shown below so candidates MUST be available for the following shifts:
Thursday: 1500 – 2130
Friday: 1500 – 2130
Saturday: 1500 – 1930
