Virtue Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for Customer Experience advisors to handle complaints for one of our established clients in Barnsley.

There are various shift patterns available between 08.00 – 19.00 from Monday to Friday. Over the longer term, there will be a requirement to work Saturday’s and also working weekdays through to 20.00.

This contract is looking to start on the week commencing 24th May for a minimum 12 week contract, shift patterns can be discussed.

What you should bring to the team:

·Providence of the best in-market customer experience to a diverse range of customers, both senders and recipients

·You should strive for first time resolution on every call to ensure our customers are satisfied with the outcome of their call

·If something needs fixing for our customer, you’ll gather all relevant information so that our operational team can fix the issue

·You’ll contribute to your team to share best practise, help review processes and develop continuous improvement for our customers

What the company are looking for:

·People who are all for good customer service, especially if you have experience in a customer service environment and particularly in a customer service contact centre

·Fast learners with good IT literacy, there is a lot to learn and a lot of systems to get to grips with. It is vital that candidates who apply are comfortable using multiple systems to deliver the best outcome and resolution.

·Candidates with a resilient character that can remain calm, collected and approachable on every call

·Brand ambassadors, you’ll be part of a great team and represent the brand on every call

The first 1-2 weeks of this role will be training and anyone who undertakes this role must not have any appointments or annual leave booked during this time.
