You can, if you prefer, confirm your hours by sms to the payroll team on 07702 868 803 or by telephoning the office during business hours, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00.
Please do NOT call the out of hours hotline to submit your timesheet.
When sending by sms, please use the following format:
- Your Name
- Day|Date|Client|Start time|End time – Do this for each shift worked throughout the week.

Remember, the working week is Sunday to Saturday unless otherwise notified to you. Finally, ensure you have submitted your hours for last week, no later than 10:00 on a Monday.
